Ordering & Shipping Policies.

I salvage parts. I don't  guarantee condition of any parts I sell, or if they are usable for any specific purpose. I do describe items the best I can. Some parts have defects, cracks or missing parts that I don't see.  Its impossible to see them all.

I dont guaranty condition of anything I sell, even new. Thats always been written in my policies. New item,  if company has a warranty you have to contact manufacture directly. All sales are final, no refunds or returns.

NO gunshop I know, accepts returns on ammo, or guns even. some might accept a return on a gun, cabelas doesn't ,they have stickers saying so last I saw.

Gun parts are generally not designed to be used again.

Gun parts are not designed to be used again or intended for that, so I would never guarantee any part is usable for any specific purpose.
I would be foolish and irresponsible if I did.
gun parts are not legos, many gun parts are custom fitted when manufactured.

I don't give advice. If I did I would only recommend New Original equipment manufactured parts, never used parts.
I salvage parts. What my customers do with them is 100% their responsibility.

I sell  parts because they serve a purpose for people who have  a use for them, just like anyone who salvages anything.

Lee's Mags is now operating on a part time basis. MY website operates 24/7 but I only do physical work a couple hours per day. If you place an order I will get it shipped withing 5 business days, then it will take however long it takes for USPS priority mail or UPS ground to deliver your package.

Lee's Mags is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Customer must agree to accept all responsibility for lost damaged, or stolen packages.

Mistakes on orders. If I make a mistake on an order and forget an item or send wrong item. I don't send replacements. I won't send the correct part. I don't pay for return shipping.  I will refund your card for missing items or if I send you the wrong item and you return it to me. I do that to keep costs down. if you don't like that, I am sorry, you will have to shop somewhere else. Mistakes on orders: If I send you the wrong part by mistake, you can return it for a refund at your expense within 5 business days of receiving the wrong item. I won't be shipping you the correct item you ordered. If you don't accept that policy you can't buy from me.

If you want to return an item for a  refund you must mail it to Lee's Mags LLC PO Box 27 NewUnderwood SD 57761.
If you can't mail it, you can use another carrier like UPS or FedX. Please ship to Lee's Mags LLC 418 south C. Ave NewUnderwood, SD 57761

All sales are final. All products sold in as is condition, no refunds or returns. All warranty issues must be handled directly with manufacture.
  • If a New item has a defect, you need to contact manufacture directly to resolve issue.
  • If a used item has a defect that I didn't see, I am sorry about that, but that is a risk buying surplus used parts. I cant see every defect under dirt and grease. I will not pay or reimburse to ship items back to me.  If you receive an item that has a defect that is so bad you can't make it work, you can send part back if you ship it back within 5 business days, for a refund, but you have to pay shipping. I won't be sending a replacement.
  •  I can't guaranty condition of parts unless I cleaned and inspected each part, and that would increase prices to the point, its not worth dealing in used parts.
I keep my prices down by working alone and having very strict policies.
I describe the products I sell the best I can and take pictures, so you know what you are getting.
Most imported parts don't have any manufacture warranty so please be aware of that.
Most orders ship out within 5 business days. Please allow 10 business days for order to arrive before requesting tracking numbers. Lee's mags is a one person operation using flat rate packages, not live shipping rates, and this system does not work with automatically sending tracking numbers, I wish it did.  If you don't receive your order after 10 business days, please email me at [email protected] and I will be happy to track your package.

Please make sure you are committed to your purchase BEFORE completing the order. It is  the customers responsibility to know what item it is they need. Lee's Mags LLC is not Responsible, if you order the wrong item.  Lee's Mags does not accept returns if you order the wrong item, so make sure you order the correct item you need. ORDERS cannot be added to, modified, returned, or cancelled after being placed. If you place more than one order, that is fine. I do not combine shipping,and/or give any refund for that.

Once you place an order, it cannot be changed, or cancelled, so make sure you check your order and make sure its  correct before you place the order. You cannot add to an order after it is placed.
If you do notice you made a mistake on an order, and want to cancel it and create a new order, please email me right away. I may cancel it, void the transaction, so you can place order again, if I catch it in time, before the daily credit card settlement.  I don't guaranty that I will do that, but, if you simply want more of something, and if I have time, I will likely do that for you. I can't add to an order after its placed.
  Lee's Mags reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason. The customer can't cancel or change orders, however Lee's Mags reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
Lee's Mags also reserves the right to change any policy at anytime.

If I do allow an order to be cancelled or returned, its a 15% fee of the purchase. You won't get refunded  for shipping.  Plus you have to pay for shipping it back to me.

If customer enters wrong  shipping address, or if it gets returned to me, customer is responsible to pay shipping it again to correct address. So please make sure you get the right shipping address. Otherwise you may end up paying for shipping twice, or if it gets delivered to someone else, its your responsibility.
 Many parts I sell come from surplus used  de-Milled Machineguns, and these parts have not been modified for semi-automatic use, and  will likely need modification by a qualified gunsmith to work properly for semi-automatic operation.
This is why I require all customers to read and accept all my policies before making a purchase.

Some of the parts I sell are New, Some used. I describe all products the best I can and provide pictures as an example of what to expect.

Lee's Mags only ships in the lower 48 States in the USA. NO orders outside the USA.

I now ship Magazines and gun parts to Alaska via USPS flat rate priority packages. I won' ship firearms or ammunition, but mags and parts I will.  There may be additional shipping charges on large orders that take multiple shipping boxes, for orders shipping to AK.
 Make sure your purchase is legal before you buy! IF you don't know if the item you want is legal for you, then don't buy it!

Ordering Policy: It is your responsibility to know your own State and local laws. Please, do not buy any of my products if it is not legal for you to own them or have them shipped to your location.. By placing an order with Lee's mags, you agree to  ALL of my policies and procedures, and that your purchase is lawful,and that no laws prohibit you from this purchase!  Lee's Mags doe not offer any gunsmithing services. Make sure what you are purchasing is legal in the condition I am selling it in. I do not do any modifications to magazines or any other parts. I do not pin or plug magazines, or make any gunsmithing modifications of any kind.

Shipping rates. Base shipping rate is $9.99, plus a markup for each product ordered. Most small items like screws and pins don't have a markup, but Magazines, Stocks,and larger parts will have a mark-up to cover my shipping expenses. Firearms and ammunition costs more to ship. Most orders ship US Priority mail in flat rate padded envelopes or Boxes..  Ammunition and long-guns ship UPS

My shipping rates are not negotiable.

My minimum shipping rate  for ammunition is $12.99, which is the minimum rate I pay with UPS. Shipping firearms, ranges from $25 for some handguns, up to $50 or more for larger firearms. Shipping is calculated during checkout.

Just because its legal for me to sell an item, doesn't mean its legal to install on your firearm!!!!

Its your responsibility to know and follow all applicable Local, State and federal Laws, including but not limited to the NFA Act & 922R.

Lee's Mags is not a warranty repair facility for any manufacture. If you have a warranty issue, you must contact the manufacture directly.

 New products, please refer to manufacture for warranty information. FYI; many imported new parts do not have warranties, so keep that in mind. Some do, some don't. All warranty issues must be handled directly with manufacture.

Its the customers responsibility to inspect order immediately when its received. Customer has 5 days after order is received to report any issues.
If a used item you received from me has a defect that I didn’t see, if I sent wrong item,  you can return it  at your expense,etc,etc, within 5 days of receiving delivery. I will refund your card for the returned item(return must be authorized by Me prior to shipping it back to me) I understand this is a strict policy, but I try and sell items as cheap s I can, and there is a certain amount of risk buying surplus,and I sometimes miss cracks, dings, broken or missing parts.

I describe all items both new and used the best I can. I grade, & sort them as to the condition that item is in. I can't always identify origin of every part and sometimes, I get it wrong. There is a certain amount of risk buying  Surplus gun parts and used gun parts. Its impossible to tell by looking at  a  part, exactly  when or where a part was made, and what model it came from. Its impossible to see every dent, ding,crack, worn out, broken or missing part, under dirt and grease, inside packages, etc. Everything I sell is sold in as is condition, no refunds, returns or exchanges.

I spend a lot of time sorting, grading and describing products the best I can. I take pictures so you can see an example of what you are buying. The pictures are just examples, Colors, finish and condition can vary from box to box.So the item in pictures may look different than item you receive. Please read item descriptions for accurate description of item you are looking at.

Selling used surplus is not an exact science. Items can vary from box to box, in color, finish,  condition etc ect. I do describe condition the best I can. New and Like New, should look just like that, however many imported items are not coated in oil and even new parts can have rust. I see it everyday. If I notice rust on a particular product and its consistent, I will note it on the description.

Grading items, grade 1 New and like new, will show very little wear from use. may be packed in grease and need to be cleaned  Grade 2 Verygood to excellent, will show some wear from use, some nics and scratches, maybe some light rust. May be packed in grease, dirty and need to be cleaned. Grade 3  Good to verygood condition will show significant wear from years of use, expect scratches nics, dents dings, and some rust. May be packed in grease, dirty and  need to be cleaned. grade 4, fair/poor/ incomplete will need some work to operate properly, may be missing or have broken parts.

 If You order 10 of something,and I screw up and send you 9, I will refund you for the one missing item. I am not going to send you out the one missing item, its just not worth it.(sorry)  Most bulk items are counted by weight, and there is a possibility of getting a couple more, or missing a couple. That is just the way it is when counting based on weight. If I screw up your order and short you something by mistake, I will refund you for that part, or send you that part on your next order.
If I make a mistake on your order, and forget to put in an item, I will refund you for that item, I won't be sending out a Replacement.  It is Lee's Mags choice on solution.
If you purchase a bundled item, or package deal, and one or more parts are missing, You have to send what you did receive back at your expense to get a refund, I am not going to refund full retail price for an individual part, when you didn't pay that, you paid a bundled price for entire bundle. I will likely offer to give you store credit or a partial refund, but I am not going to give you a refund for individual retail price for that item. It's up to Lee to decide how to handle, mistakes on orders. otherwise, you need to ship entire order back, if you cant agree to what I offer. IF you send entire order back, I will refund you for entire order minus shipping if I screw up and short you a piece of a package deal or bundle.

All repairs on firearms needs to be performed by a qualified gunsmith, that is familiar with that particular firearm ,and the task at hand.

Lee's Mags will only Ship  products to locations inside the USA where they're legal. Absolutely NO shipments of any of my products outside the USA!

****** Sales taxes... Lee's Mags is now connected to the "Tax Cloud". The tax Cloud is connected to 24 States that pay Tax Cloud to collect Sales taxes for their State. Its automatic. Its a free service I pay for, and I have to pay to connect it to my 3dcart ecommerce platform.  I do not control what tax rates are charged, its determined by the State.  Due to a recent Supreme Court Decision  forcing online sellers to charge sales taxes, I have decided to comply and sign up to this program.

Purchasing Ammunition

All ammunition buyers must:

  • Be at least 21 years of age and a US Citizen
  • Never have been convicted of a felony or crime punishable by imprisonment for a term exceeding one year
  • Never been adjudicated as mentally defective or been committed to a mental institution
  • Never have been a fugitive from justice, an unlawful user of any controlled substance
  • Have not been dishonorably discharged from the Armed Forces
  • Never have renounced his or her US citizenship
  • Have not been convicted of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence;
  • Never have been subject to a court order that restrains the person from harassing, stalking, or threatening an intimate partner or child
  • Lee's Mags does not process  firearm or ammo orders to AK, CA,HI, or DC.
  • Ammunition Restrictions!
  • Ammunition orders: You must be 21 years old or older to purchase ammunition from Lee's mags. I do not ship ammunition to any States with ammunition restrictions! If you don't know the laws, then don't buy! No shipping laws prohibits ammunition sales and/or shipments! Shipping rates will be calculated during checkout. Ammunition will be shipped UPS ground or Fed-Ex depending on whether it ships from my warehouse, or drop ships form distributor or manufacture. large orders will ship out by whatever carrier my manufacture uses. Large orders will likely ship out on a pallet.
  •  IF you are a FFL dealer and or have appropriate permits, and are getting your orders blocked, please email me,and I will work something out, so you can legally place an order.

    • I ship some of my ammo out of my warehouse UPS. Some of my ammo ships out Directly from the manufacture or my distributor directly to my customer. That is called drop shipping. Drop ship orders will ship out UPS or Fed-ex ,depending on the Drop shippers policies. I don't control that.

    MAGAZINE RESTRICTIONS! There are currently no federal restrictions on the sale of high capacity magazines, but several states do have their own restrictions. Lee's Mags will not ship restricted items to restricted locations! The only exceptions are Law Enforcement and those with permits. Please read below.

    No high capacity magazine sales or shipments to CA.

    California: No magazines over 10 rounds will be shipped to customers with billing and or shipping addresses in CA except to law enforcement or customers with high capacity magazine permit. LE credentials or other appropriate documentation should be emailed to [email protected]  before placing an order.If not your order will be cancelled.

    Colorado: No magazines over 15 rounds will be shipped to customers with billing and or shipping addresses in CO.

    Connecticut: No magazines over 10 rounds will be shipped to customers with billing and or shipping addresses in CT.

    District of Columbia: No magazines over 10 rounds capacity will be shipped to customers with billing and or shipping addresses in DC.

    Hawaii: No handgun magazines over 10 rounds will be shipped to customers with billing and or shipping addresses in HI. Rifle magazines are ok.

    Maryland: No magazines over 10 rounds will be shipped to customers with billing and or shipping addresses in MD.

    Massachusetts: No magazines over 10 rounds will be shipped to customers with billing and or shipping addresses in MA.

    New Jersey: No magazines over 15 rounds will be shipped to customers with billing and or shipping addresses in NJ.

    New York: No magazines over 10 rounds will be shipped to customers with billing and or shipping addresses in NY.

    I will ship magazines to law enforcement and those with permits as long as it is legal, and the proper paperwork and/or credentials are given to me prior to placing the order.     I ship all firearms insured. Long guns will ship UPS ground and handguns will ship USPS priority mail or UPS. I reserve the right to choose which shipping method.
