Shipping Restrictions

Make sure what you are buying is legal for you to purchase and have shipped to your location!!!

No ammo sales to New York, Maine, California, Massachusetts, Alaska, Hawaii, Washington DC, or City of Chicago. No exceptions.

Some states have restrictions on shipping magazines and other gun parts, as well as some counties and cities! It's not my job to know the laws where you live, its your responsibility. So it's adult time please, and only buy items that you know is legal.

Lee's mags does not ship firearms to CA, HI, AK, NY!

I do not ship ammunition to AK & HI

I no longer ship orders to CA due to complex gun laws, ammo laws, etc.

States with Magazine Restrictions on Capacity

The following states have implemented bans or restrictions on high-capacity magazines, which are generally defined as ammunition feeding devices that hold more than a certain number of rounds (often 10 or 15):

California: Bans the possession, manufacture, importation, sale, and transfer of magazines that hold more than 10 rounds.
Colorado: Bans the sale, transfer, and possession of magazines that hold more than 15 rounds.
Connecticut: Bans the sale, transfer, or possession of magazines that hold more than 10 rounds, but allows pre-existing magazines if registered.
District of Columbia: Bans magazines that hold more than 10 rounds.
Hawaii: Bans magazines that hold more than 10 rounds for handguns.
Illinois: Certain cities, such as Chicago and Aurora, have local ordinances restricting magazine capacity. A statewide ban went into effect in 2023, limiting magazines to 10 rounds for long guns and 15 rounds for handguns.
Maryland: Bans the manufacture, sale, transfer, purchase, and receipt of magazines that hold more than 10 rounds.
Massachusetts: Bans the sale, transfer, or possession of magazines that hold more than 10 rounds, unless they were possessed before the state ban.
New Jersey: Bans magazines that hold more than 10 rounds.
New York: Bans the possession of magazines that hold more than 10 rounds.
Oregon: Limits magazines to 10 rounds, implemented through Measure 114.
Rhode Island: Bans magazines that hold more than 10 rounds.
