This item consists of 30ds of 5.45x39 ammunition.  May or may not come in a package, due to the fact they are made of thin paper and  get damaged frequently when being removed from cans. Sorry .Some packages may have rips or tears in them, or previously opened, or may be in a plastic  bag for proctection during shipping... Bullets are sharp, and poke through the thin paper wrapper, and packed so tight, they rip and bullets fly all over if pulled too hard. It's actually harder to get the packages out of the can without ripping open the packages then it is to open the can. A lot moe difficult for me. I can open the cans kind of fast, like  old man machine.
Very limited quantities of this ammunition. Its no longer imported into United States. This is corrosive ammo, so you should clean it after shooting this ammo.
