This Page will contain nasty emails I get from customers that ignore my policies, then create what I feel is a hostile work environment for me. Since I am self employed, I can't just reprot it to there employer or their employers Human resources department.
I sometimes get  nasty emails from some people that ignore the terms of the agreement they made with me, and product descriptions. Some of them, try to destroy my business if I don't do what they want me too, and they use social media to do it.
If you don't like my policies, then don't state that you read,understand and accept them, when you create account and place orders, then harass me when I try and resolve issues following those policies you agreed too! 
I have written policies to handle my mistakes, and if customers won't allow me to resolve issues with orders as stated clearly in my policy, I can't do my job.
If you don't want me posting your emails here, don't send me nasty emails. It's that simple.
*******I think the person who sent these emails below, is mentally unfit to possess a firearm legally. That is my opinion, and I base that on many emails, some of which I did not post here. Apparently he does not accept my policies, even though he created an account acknowledging he did accept them, and everytime he placed an order, and IMHO lacks sense enough to shop somewhere else. 
 Why would I intentionally get the price wrong on a firearm that I want $500 for and set it to $50? Rhetorical.  Only  a fool would do that intentionally. Every website has errors at some point, and there is nothing that alerts me if I get a price wrong.
 There are time delays, so what I see that's entered and  what's  actually entered and saved, my not be the same. I try to double check prices, but sometimes I make mistakes.
He indicates he acknowledges one mistake that I made, but two, somehow, he thinks its intentional. I think he is mentally unstable. He found two items out of hundreds with wrong price. I was not aware of that mistake until he purchased those items. I simply informed him of the typos in price, which I think a mentally stable person would understand, and I voided the charge and cancelled the orders, as my policies indicate I reserve the right to do if that happens.
I understand he is disappointed and  a little upset, but his numerous emails, indicate to me, I think he is overreacting and makes up things, and convinces himself those Ideas are true, which they are not.  I hope he gets the help I think he needs.  I ended up forwarding all his emails to the BATF.
example of typographical errors in prices that happen by mistake once in a while., I might accidently enter a few extra numbers by mistake, and delete them, but the time delay, doesn't get it, so instead of changing price to lets say, $17, the price might get changed to $2017.00 It happens, but I work hard to double check and prevent it from happening. the opposite happens too.
Its not intentional and anyone who thinks it is, I think is nuts. It doesn't help me in anyway to have the wrong prices on items.
Below are a couple emails from most recent customer, that I think needs a mental health evaluation to determine if he is a danger to himself or others! Seriously, I would never sell transfer this man a firearm if he treated me this way face to face. 

This person, sent other emails, but I am not going to post them all because I think some indicate IMHO I think he's trying to extort me, giving me chances to ship the firearm to his dealer, and if I didn't he made threats, one with a lawyer, but they didn't make any sense to me, so I think he's mentally unstable, and irrational. Maybe, I am just too pissed off to be objective. If I didn't report it to BATF, and if he does something bad, atleast I reported it and posted it on my website. I cant report it to his employer. I wish I could. I don't know anyone who would transfer a firearm to anyone who defamed and insulted them face to face, or online.

 me! Do a better job. If one of these isn’t honored I will be taking
