It does not include anything other than the side folding stock.  Tapco has been out of business for years.  GOOD QUALITY, & U.S. Made.

 In the open position it offers a standard, rigid shooting platform, but the stock also enables you to quickly fold it to the right, thereby drastically reducing the length of the rifle. Made of high strength composite, you can be sure that you’ve got the highest quality folding stock for any situation.

These are close out items that I obtained from a couple different suppliers that bought the last of Tapco's inventories when Tapco went out of business a few years ago. These are light weight, very light.
